Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Japanese craft packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
